As non-executive Chairman of Ingenium Systems Limited in 2001/2003, I worked with the Managing Partner of Casseo while he fulfilled the role of Chief Executive.

I can honestly say that he was one of the most effective Chief Executives I have come across in my career. At Ingenium, he identified the issues to be resolved, he put a framework of resolution around them, and then diligently addressed all the hurdles until the final solution was achieved. He was a pleasure to work with; he has a great sense of humour, coupled with an intense ambition and ability to succeed in business. In addition to that he has boundless energy and dedicates himself fully to the task at hand.

On a personal level, I found him to be loyal, trustworthy and a great colleague to work with; I very much hope to work with the Casseo team again in the future.
